what exactly is IT'sFixed?
what is IT'sFixed you ask? It stands for "information technology is fixed"
And it is an online helpdesk designed for people struggling with their computers and not having the time or the expertiece to find the solution themselves.

It couldn't be more simple believe me :) you just sign up to the app using your email and a password or u can also use your Google or Facebook account if you'd like.
After that you just go to the tickets tab and create your first ticket. You choose from the chosen topics or create a new one for yourself describe the problem and that is it.
That sounds easy enough.
What happens then? How can I be sure you are going to help me?
After you created your ticket you will have a chat just like this one in front of you and you'll be waiting for one of our operators to join.
The operators are not our employees, their selected users of this app with some background in IT, usually collage students doing good deeds with their free time. We cannot guarantee that every single one of your problems is going to be fixed, our goal is to send you on the right track to figuring out sollution to your problem and save you as much time as possible.
That makes a lot of sence. Not everything can be delt with over the internet.
Next time a run into some issues with my computer I'll give it a shot.
